Department Adopt a Door

Each department that wants to participate will be assigned a door in the Admin Suite. The doors will be covered with white paper to protect the new paint.

Rules :

Groups or Departments can adopt a door in the Admin/Acctg or Student Leadership suite to decorate.

Participants will have until the end of the day on 10/30/2023 to decorate the door.

The group or department must remove all decorations by 11/2/2023 at 5:00 PM
-
The group or department that wins will win bragging rights.

Jack-O-Lantern Contest
Employees use the pumpkin outline in their submission. The only rule is:

The outline below must be used in some way.

The jack-o-lantern could reflect your department, your personal interests, highlight your favorite team, etc. Be creative!

You are encouraged to incorporate recycled or sustainable materials in to your entry.

Entries must be turned in to John’s office by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 27, 2023.
Costume Contest
During the event, we will have a costume contest where the entrants can strut their stuff down a runway that we will create in the Admin Offices.

Pet Costume Photo Contest
2023 Pet Costume Halloween Photo Contest is here!
Entrants will be judged on:
Costume design
Creativity
Humor
Originality
Behavior and charisma
There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
The Rules:

To enter, share a photo of your pet in their costume. On the form, please include your pet’s name.

Last day to submit: Wednesday, October 30th by 5:00 p.m.

Winners will be selected by our Associated Students Family. Entrants will be judged on costume design, creativity, humor, originality, and charisma.

Only AS employees and AS Student Assistants allowed to submit 1 submission.
